The modular concept of Domino M-Series makes it easy to configure
a solution based on the customers´ needs and requirements. There are different types of label applicator.
These are Tamp, Wipe on, Blow on, and Corner-wrap. Regardless of the sector, a perfect label will be printed and applied on a product,
package or pallet every time, with maximum uptime, easy operation and with full service and support when desired.
The M230i units are equipped with a robust and operator friendly Printer, available as 4” and 6” versions and in both left and right hand orientation.
Label width is 25 – 150 mm., label length 15 – 254 mm., (depending upon the model and applicator type).
The Printer is also available as a Desktop version (M230i-DTP100 / DTP150) with supporting legs.
The machine is specifically designed to print and apply label on pallet. The special feature is that it can print and apply labels on both sides of the pallet
(side and the front) automatically, allowing ease of installation on the production line.
The printer can print text, number, graphic, date, time, barcode with 300 dpi resolution on A6 label (105 mm. wide, 148 mm. long)
or A5 label (148 mm. wide x 210 mm. long). Applicator pad can extend upto 540 mm. It is able to do maximum 60 pallets/hour.
