• The Company and Domino jointly launched the online ‘Digital Centre of Excellence’ showroom on June 16, 2021. Domino publicized the news through various international media outlets, establishing this showroom as one of its three Centres of Excellence, alongside Europe and the Americas.

• The Company joins hands with Ayarafun Group signed a joint venture for digital business development to build IoT Products and Solutions system to operate smart building development service under the name “Ayaraharn” on June 24, 2020.

• The company registered the establishment of Harn Vietnam Company Limited (“an affiliated company”) in Vietnam with a registered capital of 800,000,000 Vietnamese dong or about 1,057,444 Thai baht. The company held shares in the affiliated company amounted to 100% of a registered capital on 30 July 2019.
• The company was certified with CG Score on the principles of good corporate governance for the listed companies in 2019, achieving the CG Score of five stars ‘excellent’ level on 25 October 2019.
• The company held a press conference on the success of project 3D Med the human organ models with the advanced 3D printing technology for effective diagnosis and treatment planning, is a project funded by the National Innovation Agency. (Public Organization) on 17 December 2019. From May 2018 – November 2019, fifty human organ models produced by the company received an average score at 4.49 out of total 5.

• The company was sponsored by the National Innovation Agency (Public Organization) in the project ‘HARN 3D Med: creating the human organ models with the advanced 3D printing technology for effective medical diagnosis and treatment planning’ in transforming technology into capital on 15 May 2018.
• The Company was certified as a member of the Private Sector Collective Action Coalition against Corruption in the round quarter 3/2018 on November 5, 2018.

• The Company participated in the declaration as a member of the Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) on March 21, 2017.

• Approved by SET to merge in Chillmatch and Q II S through entire business transfer. Fire Victor being renamed to Harn Engineering Solutions Public Company Limited with a new ticker symbol “HARN”
• Achieved group’s annual revenue of 1 billion Baht.

• Launching ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning Application) by selecting SAP to assist business management with seamless connectivity to all departments, streamline work flow, and real time reporting to provide accurate analysis.

Fire Victor Public Company Limited

• Fire Victor completed its structuring to become a Public Company under MAI market. First trading day for its shares took place on 13 November 2014 under ticker symbol “Fire”
• Chillmatch completed its acquisition of Q II S entirely.

• Recapitalized Fire Victor from 4 to 65 million Baht mainly for working capital.

• Established Q II S Company Limited to distribute dated coding and marking systems.

Fire Victor Company Limited

• Established Fire Victor Company Limited with registered capital of 1 million Bah to import and distribute valves, fire suppression systems, sanitary, and air-conditioning. This included system installation of project fire suppression.
• Chillmatch pioneered into advance energy consumption technology to precisely control deicing in refrigeration systems as well as to optimize its latent heat.

• The Year of Asian Financial Crisis but our impact was minimal due to majority of our customers were in fundamental necessities for living segments eg. food and safety.

• Achieved annual revenue of 354 million Baht.

• Launching valves and fire suppression system sales department.

• Annual revenue of 74.5 million Baht. Setup Chillmatch Company Limited to distribute cooling equipment and also to restructure management style from family into professional run. Be a pioneer in energy saving through inverter application.

• The Government devalued Baht for another 17%

• Thai’s energy crisis forcing the Government to devalue Baht by 15%

• Leader in Cooling Technologies at the time with customers in ice and ice cream factories, mostly family owned.
