HARN is committed to driving its business with ethical labor practices and ensuring fair treatment of employees, as defined in its Code of Business Conduct. In 2025, the Company reported no disputes, violations of labor laws, consumer protection laws, employment regulations, competition laws, or environmental regulations, and no incidents of strikes or labor stoppages. HARN’s practices include strict compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, treating employees with courtesy and respect for individual dignity and human rights, and providing fair compensation and wages to employees.

Employee Capability Building and Development.

HARN has a policy to continuously promote the development of employees at all levels in order to enhance their work capabilities and prepare them for increasing business competition. The Company encourages employees to develop their knowledge, skills, and experience in alignment with organizational growth direction. Training programs are provided both internally and externally, including overseas training and study visits, to strengthen job-specific competencies at each level of responsibility. Human Resource Management.

HARN has established an employment policy that emphasizes equality and does not restrict or discriminate based on gender, race, religion, or culture. This policy is defined in the Company’s Code of Business Ethics to ensure that human resource processes are transparent and fair for both internal employees and external job applicants.

Since 2023, HARN has employed two persons with disabilities to provide relaxation massage services for employees, as part of its initiative to support income generation and promote opportunities for people with disabilities.

HARN has a compensation policy that ensures fair remuneration, promotes career stability, and provides equal opportunities for career advancement. The Company also offers employee welfare benefits in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

HARN recognizes the importance of safety, occupational health, and working environment for employees, contractors, and all relevant stakeholders. The Company has established policies and management systems that support safe operations in accordance with international standards and strictly comply with occupational safety, health, and environmental laws. In addition, a Safety Committee has been appointed to oversee and monitor operations to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Application of Information Technology in Human Resource Development.

HARN applies information technology to enhance human resource management to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and efficiency while reducing operational errors. The Company utilizes E-Business Plus for payroll processing, leave approvals, overtime requests, medical welfare claims, and employee compensation data verification. This enables employees to perform self-service transactions anytime and anywhere, improving convenience, speed, and reducing paperwork and manual verification processes. In addition, HARN implements online performance evaluation systems to replace paper-based processes, along with digital platforms for training registration, attendance, examinations, and knowledge assessments, further supporting efficient and modern HR management practices.

Community and Social Engagement.

HARN has a mission to maintain its role as a socially responsible organization by conducting business with accountability, alongside contributing to the sustainable development of communities and society. The Company focuses on raising awareness and encouraging community participation in development initiatives to support long-term and sustainable social progress.

In 2024, HARN participated in the SET Social Impact GYM 2024 program as a volunteer “Coach” for Thanyamai Co., Ltd., a social enterprise focused on community development and agricultural problem-solving.

The initiative supports community development by transforming areas into eco-tourism destinations, creating products based on local identity, and generating added value from local resources. It also promotes environmentally friendly practices to restore ecological balance. As a result of the program, Thanyamai Co., Ltd. was able to develop a clear business model that can be further expanded and implemented effectively according to its operational plan.

In 2025, HARN carried out public benefit activities through donations to support education, hygiene, and disaster relief. The Company also fosters a culture of volunteerism by encouraging employees to continuously participate in social contribution activities. The details of these initiatives are as follows:

1) “HARN United in Relief for Flood Victims” Project

HARN, together with its executives and employees, jointly contributed a total donation of THB 46,000 to the Songklanagarind Hospital Foundation to support medical operations, treatment for disaster-affected patients, and the rehabilitation of damaged healthcare facilities. In addition, the Company collected essential consumer goods and supplies to be donated to the Thai Red Cross Society for further distribution to flood-affected communities.

2) “HARN United in Creating Educational Opportunities” Project

On 19 December 2025, HARN executives and employees donated learning materials, provided scholarships, and supported budget funding for the renovation of buildings and landscaping within the school to improve safety and create a better learning environment for students. The total contribution amounted to THB 210,009.20, which was given to Ban Thung Klet School, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

3) “Safe Drinking Water for Children” Project

On 8 March 2025, HARN delivered two water filtration units and one stainless-steel drinking water dispenser to Ban Phu Khae School, Ratchaburi Province

4) “Giving from the Heart, Going Forward Together, Sharing with Children” Project

4.1 Employees and customer partners jointly contributed essential educational supplies to support learning opportunities at Ban Yang Ngam School, located in Surat Thani Province.

4.2 Executives and employees delivered rice, dried food, and essential consumer goods to support School for Life (Wat Don Chan) in Chiang Mai Province, which serves orphaned, underprivileged, and disadvantaged children.

5) “Sharing with Love, Supporting Education for Children” Project

Executives and employees collectively donated a total of 231 items, which were converted into a scholarship fund amounting to THB 15,300. This amount was used to support educational scholarships for underprivileged students, benefiting 2 students (with an average scholarship value of THB 7,000 per student per year).
