Harn Engineering Solutions Public Company Limited wishes to sell 6 decommissioned company vehicles through a sealed-bid auction under as-is conditions. The details and terms are as follows:

Schedule and Terms & Conditions:

1. Vehicle Inspection: Interested bidders can inspect the vehicles at the company premises from now until September 2, 2026 (09:00 AM – 04:00 PM).
2. Bid Submission: Please collect the bidding form and submit your sealed offer to the Administration Department by September 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

3. Opening of Bids: Bids will be opened on September 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Winning bidders will be contacted individually.
4. Selection Criteria: The company will award the vehicle to the highest bidder. (All offered prices must include 7% VAT).
5. Payment & Ownership Transfer: The winner must complete full payment within 3 days of notification. Ownership transfer must be finalized within 15 business days after receiving all required documents.
